Responsibility for all work itemised on this invoice is strictly limited to the parts and labour shown.
Parts are subject to a manufacturers warranty, which varies between brands. Details can be provided upon request. Warranty excludes negligent use of or damage to parts.
Specialty Parts ordered in are NOT refundable or returnable. This includes glass, switches and electronics.
All other cancelled part orders will incur a 50% restocking fee.
Service Call carries a 3 month warranty (for the same fault).
Any other repairs subsequently done on the same appliance will be at the customer’s expense.
GSAS follow the agreed Fair Trading Principles in the white goods repair code of practice, jointly sponsored by the industry and the Department of Fair Trading.
The goods listed on this invoice will not pass to the purchaser until payment is received in full by Greater Sydney Appliance Services Pty Limited.
